It’s not always easy but our team of professionals never quit and always finish strong. We can’t help it, it’s who we are.
About Integrity
Integrity was founded in 2012 to meet the growing need for onsite construction supervision and project management for development projects. Since its inception, Integrity has grown to offer more comprehensive construction services. We are a licensed general contractor specializing in commercial buildings, commercial interiors, and design-build projects. Integrity Construction Management employs individuals who are committed to the construction profession with a variety of educational backgrounds and diverse experience ranging from land development to building large corporate office spaces in downtown Atlanta. Integrity employees are professional but relational and ultimately are driven by the client’s success and satisfaction.

More Than a Name
In 2006, Integrity Construction Management’s CEO and Founder, Brandon Hutchins, was deeply impacted by Dr. Henry Clouds, book Integrity, the courage to meet the demands of reality. Several concepts in the book were foundational as Brandon was leading his other company, Gaskins Engineering and Surveying, through booming economic times through 2007, then the colossal economic downturn from 2008-2010. It was at a talk at a leadership event in Atlanta by Dr. Cloud in 2009 that brought a new hope and structure that helped lead Brandon and his company out of the pits of the economic recession.
In page nine of the book, Dr. Cloud he summarized how successful people do the following:
• “Gain the complete trust of the people they were leading and capture their full hearts and following.
• See all of the realities that were right in front of them….
• Work in a way that actually produced the outcomes that they should have produced, given their abilities and resources.
• Deal with problem people, negative situations, obstacles, failures, setbacks, and losses.
• Create growth in their organization, their people, themselves, their profits, or their industry.
• Transcend their own interests and give themselves to larger purposes, thus becoming part of the larger mission.”
At Integrity, we want to be leader’s worth following, build leaders worth following, and build a company that everyone wants to work for. If we can learn to be more than just a couple of “good guys” but actually grow in embodying as a company the items on this list, our people, clients, and community will certainly be better off because of it.
