OPPORTUNITIES GROW
As the Integrity name and reputation grew, so did the opportunities to serve our clients in various ways. Integrity expanded and became a licensed general contractor throughout the state of Georgia. Specializing in interior build outs and tenant improvement projects we have worked on numerous projects in various retail, commercial, office, religious, and restaurant applications.
Interior Build Out
Integrity Construction Management works closely with Construction Managers, Developers, Building Owners, and Tenants to develop cost-effective ways to construct a great interior space or building.
Integrity commonly works with multiple parties to create a seamless building process. We believe communication is of the utmost importance and we strive to make sure everyone is on the same page. Weekly jobsite meetings to discuss project progress, action item lists, submittal information, building management issues and information, along with other important job specific information is discussed during the weekly meetings. We know how important it is for commercial projects to be completed in a timely manner, within budget, and without sacrificing quality. We work diligently to complete all projects within the desired time frame.

Design Build
Design Build is a great option for clients because the responsibility for the project is placed with a single source. Integrity Construction Management has a passion for Design Build Projects which inherently provides a more streamlined delivery of design and construction services because of the expertise of the General Contractor who makes sure the construction costs and project feasibility are controlled and managed efficiently.
Integrity first meets with the client, reviews the project through the client's eyes, then determines which architect and/or engineer(s) would be the best fit for the project. Once the architect/engineers are chosen and plans are drawn we will develop a comprehensive estimate for the project. Because the architect and engineers work for us, cost evaluations can be discussed throughout the design process. The entire project design is reviewed by Integrity to make sure that all engineering designs fit together seamlessly and are cost effective. This also makes for a smooth process during construction when corrections need to be made, and quickly receive answers to questions from the different engineering disciplines.
At Integrity, we have built strong relationships with a select group of architects and engineers. This enables us to perfectly match the professional with the project relative to the style, size and complexity of the job.
