D-Bat is recognized as the premier baseball and softball training facility in the country. Integrity provided due diligence assistance, budgeting, and construction management for this 5 1/2-acre lot with a state-of-the-art 32,000 square foot training facility in Acworth, GA.
Integrity completed due diligence management, budgeting, and construction management on this 90-townhome community. Several challenges unique to this project included work around and within a high voltage power easement, relocation of an AT&T fiber optic cable, and re-routing a high-pressure gas line.
FORSYTH COUNTY, GA
Westhaven Subdivision, located in Forsyth County, is a 45-acre single family subdivision. Integrity provided construction management on this 111 homesite subdivision. Construction oversight included site clearing and grubbing, grading, installation of a stormwater system, sewer system, water system, erosion and pollution control systems, and roadways.
GWINNETT COUNTY, GA
A 625-lot master planned residential community located in Gwinnett County. Integrity provided construction management on Phase 1-B portion of the development. This phase included 182 residential lots, roads, storm, sewer, water, curb & gutter, paving, and entrance monument.
POWDER SPRINGS, GA
Project included a 400-space parking lot with a 200’ sewer bore outfall. An extensive lighting plan with walking paths required close coordination with the architect and civil engineer to deliver this project within a short timeline.
COBB COUNTY, GA
Integrity provided construction management services on this 5-acre townhome development located in Cobb County. We provided all field oversight of the development services on the 32-unit project. The most challenging aspect of the project was handling the large areas of rock that were blasted during the construction effort.
