Projects

RESIDENCES AT BRIDGESTONE

Located in Rockdale County

This development consisted of 215 townhome units. This project involved underground detention systems, Rock blasting, and coordination with GDOT for improvements on HWY 138.

RESIDENCES ON KIRKLAND

This 203-unit townhome development was constructed around a 7-acre lake where we rehabilitated the dam. ICM managed the horizontal construction and provided in-house NPDES consulting.

OVERLOOK AT SERENBE

Serenbe

Located in the world-renowned community of Serenbe, ICM managed the horizontal construction of this unique design including a 200-foot-long timber bridge and recycled tire pavement!

CRESTVIEW

Stonecrest

With a mix of detached and attached products, Crestview is a 389-lot development in the city of Stonecrest. ICM is managing the sitework which includes over 75,000 cubic yards of blasting.

COVEY HOMES HUNTER TRAIL

Cherokee County, GA

A part of the Buice Lake master-planned community in Cherokee County, this build-to-rent development contained 147 lots with a luxury clubhouse and pool.
