Luke Hanson

Director of Construction

Luke is a Texas born native where he spent most of his childhood in the Keller, TX area until middle school when his family relocated to the Atlanta.

Luke has been a go-getter since the age of 14, developing a strong work ethic early on, when he worked for his grandfather’s repossession company to save money for his first vehicle. After securing his first wheels, he started working for QuikTrip as a High School Junior, quickly climbed the ranks for customer service merit and became a store manager as a high school student. Luke graduated from Brookwood High School and decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a degree in Construction Management. Luke first attended Georgia Southern University (GO EAGLES!) where he met his beloved wife, Maria. When Maria started her career in child advocacy, they decided to move to Atlanta, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, was an inductee of the Alpha Chi Honor Society and graduated Cum Laude from Southern Polytechnic State University.

With over 17 years of experience in construction and development project management, Luke is passionate about enhancing management teams by leveraging his strengths in leadership, communication, and negotiation. Before coming to Integrity, he was a Director of Construction at Highpoint Development, where oversaw all construction activities for multifamily and Build-to-Rent projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Luke successfully directed teams through design, permitting, value engineering, and construction management, implementing processes that scaled program management for approximately $500 million in active developments.

Some of his career highlights include managing a team of project managers at RaceTrac Petroleum, where he achieved company records for the fastest new store completions while also helping to make program changes that drove reduced development costs and working on the preconstruction team of Alston Construction to Design/Build/Deliver mission critical industrial developments during the Covid-19 pandemic of ‘20.  His diverse experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive skill set enabling him to deliver exceptional project results.  He prides himself in fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractor/vendor partners to make sure every role serving on a project remains focused on the greater project success.

Not only is he a dedicated employee, but his strong moral fiber also makes him an attentive husband and father to his 3 boys. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with Maria and his sons—River, Collin, and Holden—along with his dog, Bandit. He is passionate about fishing, traveling, and coaching his sons’ baseball team.
