Director of Operations

Richard grew up in Alexander City, AL, a small town better known for its beautiful golf courses and lake than its name. Some of Richard’s fondest memories of growing up are going to construction sites with his father, who managed construction around the Lake Martin Area.

From being around construction at an early age, Richard always knew that he wanted a career in Construction. That desire led to him working construction projects in the summer since age 16, to attending Auburn University and obtaining a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. Following Richard’s time at Auburn, he started his post college construction career at Holder Construction. Richard met his beautiful wife Lindsay while working for Holder in Nashville, TN. Wanting to get off the road and settle down, Lindsay and Richard moved to Marietta, GA where they live today with their daughter Hillie, and two dogs, Hazel and Opie. Before joining Integrity, Richard Also worked for Evergreen Construction and JE Dunn Construction, focusing on Project Management and Preconstruction Management.

Richard and Matt Donald became friends through attending church together at Christ the Redeemer and bonding over their shard love for golf, where Richard claims Matt has never beat him. Richard jumped at the idea of joining the team at Integrity as Integrity’s Director of Operations, where Richard currently manages the day to day operational efforts of the company, as well as leading Integrity’s Preconstruction efforts. Richard’s passion is setting a client’s project up for success on the front end through diligent Preconstruction efforts, Value Engineering, and Budget Management. He loves going through drawings and working through issues on the front end from budgets to constructability issues in order to best set up successful projects for clients before construction begins, and creating genuine and lasting relationships with clients.
